I cannot open my wordpress blog website in any browser from my laptop

I cannot open my wordpress blog. Website does not want to open on any browser. I cannot also open any other wordpress page, even here when I want to change theme on support, tools I see only blank page. On my blog website I see blank page or that page cannot be loaded because there is any content on serwer. My blog website is http://www.myhomeandheart.wordpress.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It loads for me but takes a long time to respond (30 seconds). I’ll flag this for staff attention.

@asiaosz, what country are you located in, and what is your ISP (internet service provider)?
Is this connection issue new? Are you connecting via a different computer or in another location than you used to access WordPress.com in the past?
You are able to log into your account and post here, so clearly you can access *some* pages on WordPress.com – or did you log in from a different location?
Can you access the sites at http://en.support.wordpress.com/ or your Reader at http://wordpress.com/ ? Does anything change if you are logged in or logged out?
In terms of the speed issue tandava108 mentioned, you have a number of very large images (in terms of file size) on your blog. You might try optimizing those images to be under 500K (or even smaller) and that should improve your website load time significantly.
Once we resolve the connection issue, you should be able to access your blog’s Dashboard directly at http://myhomeandheart.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

I am from Poland, city Poznan. My ISP is T mobile – it is called blueconnect.
I have this Internet for a long time , a few years. I can log in from computer in work but from my home computer laptop I cannot. Sometimes it works, sometimes doesn’t want to open.
Today I can open my website and it works quite good. Can you answer me if my page will be work better if I will buy my own domain? I’m wonder about this because so far my data limit is over 80% so what happens when it will reach 100? My blog will be blocked?
Does my own domain will improve website loading and the quantity of pictures and so on will not be limited?

This sounds like a connection issue to me.
When you run into trouble accessing WordPress.com again, could you please run a traceroute and post the results here so I can confirm that. There are instructions here:

While you’re welcome to purchase a custom domain, that will not help you access your own site.
As far as your storage space on your blog, once you hit the limit, your blog will continue to work but you will not be able to upload any new media. If you run out of room, you can purchase a Space Upgrade:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/However, I would again suggest you consider reducing the file size of your large images (removing the ones you have and replacing with smaller ones), as that will free up a lot of space on your blog and help it load faster as well.
