  I have had terrible support on email. I am not able to pay for the paid plan I can only have the free one. There has been no reason, we are a charity organization and we are terribly disappointed. We spent money on a designer to do a mock-up out of pocket. Can we please sort this issue

  If you are on a free plan, you can ask in this forum. I have a plan and often prefer to share my doubts with the community. Furthermore, it is completely fair that WP.com charges for individual assistance via chat.

  How can I get support?

  It’s very weird that they are not allowing me to upgrade from free to paid. They also don’t want to give any reason for doing it?
