I cannot play or see my videos

    I upgraded to the Premium version on WP.com and the videos that I uploaded don’t work on iPhones or iPads. I uploaded different formats: AVI, MOV, H.264, etc.
    The videos work fine and I can watch them on laptops but when played on other devices, I get a strikethrough triangle (a broken play button). How can I fix this?
