I cannot publish content to my site

  I keep trying to publish content to my website but it says ‘publishing failed’… It’s not an Internet problem, so I am not quite sure what’s going on…? Also all of my tags for all of my blog posts have vanished.

  Does this behavior improve if you try using a different internet connection like at work, or coffee shop? And what happens if you try using a different internet browser?
