I cannot publish my custom header

  I am trying to upload a custom header and I keep getting the following error message “Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.” after the upload and after I click the crop and publish tab.

  Just to make sure, is the image a JPG, GIF, or PNG file? Also, how large is the image?
