I cannot publish new posts on my blog

Whenever I click the ‘write’ button I get the following message: We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred.
I tried accessing the support service, but when I tried to log in it said I have no account under the username and email that I used, even though these are the only login credentials I’ve ever used.
Does anyone know what’s going on? Thanks :)

@cruisearabia that really is odd. You’re logged into the correct account. We’ll try sending an email for more information, since that will be your fastest route to support if chat isn’t working.
