I cannot read the section Reader.

  I am trying to read the section ‘Reader’, but nothing appear there, is totally in blank. So I cannot read any blog from the another bloggers. Please!! I need help from any one of WordPress.com

  Make sure you are following some blogs or tags beforehand. If not, your Reader will be empty. More information on Reader can be found here.
