I cannot remove a site I don’t have access to
-
My friend gave me access to his wordpress blog site somehow when we were kids. I asked them to remove my access to their site as I don’t want to be affiliated with the site anymore. I cannot find an ui that let’s me remove this site listing from the ‘My Sites’ pane.
I do _NOT_ want to delete the site. I want the site to not show up in My Sites. It’s not my site.
I do not own their site, nor know how I have access to it frankly. I don’t need to have the right to configure their site, its not my site. It’s someone else’s name and everything.

Hi there,
I understand that you’d like to be removed from jondtang.wordpress.com, where your current role is an Editor. However, since only an Administrator can remove users, you’ll need to reach out to your friend who is the site administrator and ask them to remove you.
To make things easier for them, you can share this guide on how to remove users: https://wordpress.com/support/invite-people/#removing-users
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
