I cannot remove a subscription pop-up on my Home page

  I have a subscription pop-up on my Home page that I cannot remove. It is a long blue bar at the top that says subscribe for exclusive content. I have looked in my widgets and all over and cannot find it. I am so frustrated.

  I did seem to install my Mailchimp widget properly so I think that one is okay and should pop-up after 20 seconds, but the other one is giving me a lot of grief. Please help!
