I cannot remove inactive websites from Jetpack
-
I deleted some websites, but they still show up under my site’s menu because they were previously connected to Jetpack. I want to completely remove them but I cannot. The only option I see is ‘Hide’. This is completely frustrating. Please, is there any way I can receive help with this?

Hi there,
Please provide me the URLs of the sites you want disconnected from your WordPress.com account, and I’ll get them removed for you.
Thanks!

@Kokkieh
Thanks very much for your swift support.However, sadly, I noticed you disconnected my live website (authicles.com) which was rather not part of the list I sent above, instead of the hidden website (authicles.pro). The latter is rather not live.
That’s sad.
Kindly disconnect authicles.pro, I’ll rather reconnect the live site myself.Once again, thank you for the support.

Hi there,
Sorry that we did not catch that distinction. I see that you have already reconnected authicles.com.
On this end I have disconnected
authicles.profrom your account, and you will no longer see it listed.Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
