I cannot remove the likes and dislikes from a page

  I cannot remove the likes and dislikes from my Services Page. I went to the screen options tab and “Un-clicked” it so as to remove this option, however, it is still showing up. I also need to remove the facebook, twitter, and social media portion of this page as well. I thought I did, but they are not being removed. Thanks for the help.
