I cannot renew my blog

  I am trying to renew our domain mapping, like I have done each year for the past couple of years mphs.org.nz
  Every time try to pay it says processing adn then at the top it informs me that the thing I am trying to order are not subscribed to that. but there is nothing else I need I am wanting to do my renewal for approx $13.95. like I have done in the past

  I see this is tagged for staff assistance. In the meantime note that to renew the domain mapping, you need to be logged into the account that owns that upgrade.

  Thanks, I am the owner and we had no probs last year. so not sure .

  Hi, please make sure you’re logged in as the correct user. Another user (one of the ones listed under My Site > Users) owns this upgrade. If you aren’t able to log in as that person, let me know; we’ll need to remove the upgrade so you can purchase it again.

  I do not know who is the actually owner – I know who originally set up up a few years back but they are no longer around with our charity.
  I cant log in as that person, Sorry and thanks for helping
