I cannot renew my domain

  I want to update my domain that was expired 4 months ago, and when i click on renew now, nothing happens. It just shows the previous billing information for the past 4 years

  Your domain is now available in the open marketplace. To get it back, follow the steps for registering a new domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/

  Thank you so much! I already registered back to he old domain and paid. However, the website is still unavailable.. Sweeterbtdozen.com

  When I checked just now, Sweeterbtdozen.com is still showing as not registered so I’ve tagged this for a staff member to assist.

  Hi there,

  The expired domain registration was still showing in your account, preventing the new registration from going through. I have removed the old subscription, so can you please try registering it again?

  When your first registration failed the money you paid was converted to credits on your account, so you can use the credits to pay for the registration.

  Let me know if you need any more help with this.
