I cannot renew the mapping of my domain

    I am webmaster for http://hb2015-europe.org. A pop-up message occurs when I open the page, saying the domain is expired. However, when I try to pay for the renewal of the domain mapping, the message ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’ and I cannot go further. I am the owner of the domain and owner of the WordPress blog.

    The blog I need help with is hb2015-europe.org.

    Could someone help me out with this? Thanks in advance!

    Hello,
    That message usually appears when someone tries to renew an upgrade, but they’re not logged into the account that originally purchased the upgrade. Do you have another WordPress.com account that you might have used? If so, log into that one and try renewing the domain mapping.

    The same thing is happening to me, even though I’m logged into the account as usual and as I always have—also renewed with no problem last year. Thanks.
