need help renewing my subscription. I am the owner of the site, but do showing me the option to renew. It is tied to another user that is no longer employed.

Our emails are not coming through due to subscription not being renewed. When I try to login with the former employees credentials, it wants to send an email to the former employees email. I have access to this email, but no company email addresses are receiving external emails currently.
