I cannot save, publish, or preview my draft.

    I am having trouble saving, publishing, and previeiwng a draft of mine.

    When I attempt to save, I see a red error message across the top that says ‘Updating failed’. When I attempt to publish, I see a red error message across the top that says ‘Publishing failed’. When I attempt to preview the draft, the preview tab never loads. I’m not sure what is happening.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    Are you sure this is a WordPress.com blog or a self hosted WordPress blog?

    This issue is common with self hosted wordpress blogs. Judging from your dns, i think youre on self hosted wordpress. Click here to access the WordPress self host forums and post your support question there

    Hm, that is odd because this error just started happening recently. Nothing has changed about the blog and I have been able to save/preview/publish articles before. I’m not sure why our account would arbitrarily change like that.

    I am not sure how to check whether my blog is a wordpress.com blog or a self-hosted WordPress blog. How may I do that?

    Go to whois.net and type your website address in the box provided. If your DNS isn’t set to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com then it means you’re using a self hosted wordpress.

    You won’t get the required support from this forum unless you go to the link i provided you earlier
