  I wrote here because I had not received an answer from the chat and because I wanted to understand if others had this type of problem.

  Now the site’s chat support has responded and there appears to be a bug, and I see that I was the only one with this problem. They’ll let me know. but it is serious that I have not been able to publish for many hours …

  We’re working on a fix, but for now, some folks have found it stops after either clearing the browser’s cache or logging out and back in again.

  I proceeded with cleaning the cookies, as customer service told me later. now the site works and I can publish. I hope I have no other problems.
