I cannot see a thumbnail preview in my categories

  I am unable to see a thumbnail preview of my posts when I access their respective category. I can get the topic name and the image is visible only if I enter the post. Is there any way I can get a preview without having to enter each post to view the image?

  I’m not sure that you’re in the right forum. Is your blog hosted here at wordpress.com? The one linked in your username is not. If not, head over to http://wordpress.org/support

  Yes my blog is hosted on wordpress.com and I have mapped my blog to a new domain name.

  Some themes do not show images in the category pages. Since you have not given us a link to your blog, we cannot look to see what theme you are using so we cannot tell you anymore than that.

  I found you here, I think: http://paragonanubis.wordpress.com/ . The theme you are using only shows a summary of the post in category view.

  Did you try inserting thumbnails in the “optional excerpt” box right below the upload area in the “write post” section? That should do.
