I cannot see “add new widgets” in admin bar,

  I cannot see option to add new widgets to my blog, what should I do to enable it?

  If you are talking about the blog linked to your username, then go to appearance > widgets and drag them from the available widget area over to the sidebar (left or right), wait for the grey outlined box to appear and then release your mouse button. If you need to rearrange them, simply drag them to a new location, wait for the grey outlined box and then release the mouse button.

  Also, never put your email address in a public forum. Spammers scan forums all the time looking for new email addresses, and you just invited them to flood your inbox with spam.
