i cannot see and edit my site

    about a month ago I was able to see and edit my site under ‘my site’, however, now I cannot see it, can u please help

    Hello there,

    Are you referring to https://monteschweiz.wordpress.com/ or another site?

    Can you see your site when you click on this link under the primary site drop down menu: https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Also, have you tried logging in through the wp-admin area to see if your site is visible there? This link will explain how: https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ .

    If you have multiple sites, it could be that one of them was hidden. Primary sites however, cannot be hidden

    Hi Amanda,

    thx for replaying to my message.

    yes I am referring to https://monteschweiz.wordpress.com/. as explained, in the past I would go to my slide and I would be able to edit it. now when I click on my site it is taking me to some blog on which i never worked on it.

    actually I only have one website, and I only have one log in to wordpress. I am not sure what is the issue. when I chatted to wordpress live chat they told me to chat with hostgator as this website is down. when I talked to hostgator, they told me that website is up and running.
