I cannot see anything on Reader

I am using IE and it has never been like this until today.
Is there something wrong with the server?
How can I read others’ posts and how they can read mine if Reader is FUBAR?

(c) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily. Know also that security and firewall programs and programs that run incognito mode may need to be temporarily disabled as well.

Is the laptop running Windows 10? The windows 10 upgrade is free and you may need to upgrade.

How do I know what Windows I am running?
And every other site is fine, so why would WP Reader be different?

Having same issue, nothing shows up on my reader. Highlighted areas where text would be sort of flashes, like varies between darker shade them lighter shade, like it does while downloading, but it never downloads.
