  Hi,
  I cannot see “Plugin” option in My dashboard. Please let me know how to enable it.

  WordPress.com sites don’t support plugins, but WordPress.org sites do. However, WordPress.com offers all kinds of built-in functionality that you could find useful: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
