I cannot see the primary navigation menu on mobile view on my phone

On my phone, I can’t see the pirmary navigation menu. I am just stuck on ‘home’. When I look at it from within WP.com on mobile toggle view, I CAN see the primary menu, but not on my real phone.

I loaded your site on my mobile, and everything looks correct. The hamburger menu is there, in the right upper corner. Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your end? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.

Oh, I see what you mean.
I’ve been doing some testing, and it seems to be a bug that’s affecting some browsers. I see you used Opera; I checked on Firefox, where everything loads fine.That said, the issue has been already reported here. Feel free to change your theme to a different one in the meantime, as there is no ETA for when this will be fixed.

Thanks staff-mckluskey. Which free theme is the most popular/ best? I like the header of twentytwentyone layout. I’m going to upgrade to Premium so I can change the font and remove the page banner but for now, which free theme would you recommned? thanks

Well, “best” is a subjective term. :D
I love the Twenty Twenty-One theme and think it’s very versatile so if you like it already, I would stick with it and make those changes that the Premium plan will allow.
Any of the Twenty themes are considered the “default” WordPress themes, so that means that they’re designed to showcase the new features in each WordPress release and they’re always kept up to date.

Thanks helper-heroponriki . I can’t use Twenty Twenty-One because as I mentioned above, the hamburger menu cannot be seen on mobile on chromium browsers. I wonder if another twenty theme works effectively on mobile. I’ll try it out.

@ciarabruton if you’re running into problems with the menu on mobile chrome, can you send more details? Which devices / browser versions, and what’s going wrong? We’d be happy to surface any bugs you’re seeing.

Oh it looks like there is a bug surfaced, so we’ll let you know if/when that’s fixed. I don’t think you’ll run into the same issues with other recent themes.
