1. i cannot seem to add one of my sites to the sites I manage inside my wordpress.com oncourtadvantage account although i think I have tried everything
2. i have a site I no longer own still under sites I manage and would like to remove it but I cannot do so in a way that deletes the site as someone else owns the site. i just wish to not see anything from that site

Are you referring to sites connected to via Jetpack?
