I cannot seem to be able to download my image onto my post.

I cannot seem to down load my image to my post. A strange configuration appears in the media section of previous photos and images.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I would like some assistance in downloading my image for my post. This is the first image that will not be placed after downloading and dragging the image as well.

Hi!
Can you confirm that your image is a jpg, gif, or png file format? If so, large file sizes take time to load so be sure they are less and 1 gig.
You might also consider trying to download your image to your post using either the drop and drag method or the add media method. Both of which are outlined here:https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/
Can you describe the strange configuration or take a screenshot of it? When you take a screenshot make sure you take a shot of the entire page. Use pasteboard.co to provide a link to it.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I CANNOT SEEM TO GET THE HELP THAT I SO NEED TO PUBLISH MY POSTS WITH THE NEEDED IMAGE.!!
I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THE SUGGESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED UNSUCCESSFULLY. I HAVE TRIED CHANGING THE PICTURE FROM PDF TO WORD, DECREASING THE SIZE OF THE PICTURE, AND FOLLOWING THE RECOMMENDED PRINT OUT DIRECTIONS.
IN MY LAST EMAIL, I DID SEND A PHOTO OF THE MEDIA LIBRARY WHERE THE STRANGE RECTANGULAR CONFIGURATIONS APPEAR INSTEAD OF A PHOTO. SINCE THERE IS NO ABILITY TO INCLUDE AN ATTACHMENT TO THIS EMAIL, I DID SEND A LINK ( I AM COMPUTER ILLITERATE AND I DID DRAG THE PHOTO ONTO THE EMAIL.)
I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS EMAIL WHICH WAS SENT TODAY WAS NOT ADDED TO THIS CASE FILE!
I DO NEED YOUR HELP NOW AND WOULD APPRECIATE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.
