I cannot sign into my site to configure

Now I have had develpeors previously work on this so they may have done something. But when I search the url (WP Admin) It comes up as a 404 error and I cannot sign in at all. its annoying because I should be able to rely on wordpress, Now my business hasn’t launched but for when it does that will put a pause on my business witch isn’t acceptable. I need this fixed immediately

There are no sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?

I had registered host at Hostgator and it suggests a link to wp-admin, it shows service not found. Please help.

@bean1125, because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
