I cannot transfer my domain

    I am trying to build my first web site. Word Press requires the transfer. I started the transfer, but I can not pay because of the mistake ‘cannot transfer in domains with ineligble LTDs’. I own my domain and I payed all incoices. I want to create a web site on word press

    Hi alisaalisa123123, there are some domains that cannot be transferred here, but in those cases you’d be welcome to map the domain instead.

    Here’s how:

    Basically you can go ahead and buy the plan, and opt to map instead of transfer. Then update the domain to point to our servers.

    You’ll just need to be certain to keep the domain renewed at its current registrar.
