I cannot unlock the domain and get a transfer key

  Hello,

  I cannot unlock the domain and get the authorization code to transfer domain even though my account is an admin. It tells me to contact support.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  Please see our reply to the thread you created yesterday at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-cannot-unlock-my-domain-and-transfer-it/

  Your account doesn’t own the domain, so you cannot start a transfer for it. Only the other admin on the site, oceanfrontcabins, can transfer the domain, as they’re the domain owner.
