I cannot updated my site

    I added new photos to my site but i cannot updated it to save my progress. What should i do to fix this problem?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

  • Hi @cinammonbruh, we’d be happy to take a look! Can you share a link to the page that’s giving you trouble? Also, what happens when you to update to save your progress? If you’re getting an error, can you send that as well?

    My website is TaylorGunWerx.com Hosted with Blue Host. When in Bluehost and I click on Log into WordPress, I get a blank screen then a privacy error.

    If I log into WordPress and go to my Pages, I can see the list of pages, but cannot open them.

    When I click on one I get the same error message as above. I chatted with someone at Bluehost who said that my DNS is incorrect. But I can’t figure out how to fix it.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to help with your WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, as we can only help with WordPress.com sites that are hosted by us.

    I checked your domain’s WHOIS record and noticed that it’s currently not pointing to your Bluehost site, which could be the cause of the issue, as Bluehost told you. Here’s what you can do now:

    • Contact your domain registrar. Your domain registrar is the company where you registered taylorgunwerx.com.
    • Ask them to update the nameservers. You can get the nameservers from Bluehost support.
    • Once the nameservers are updated on the domain, contact Bluehost to configure the domain on their end. Bluehost support can help you with that.

    When all of the above steps are done, the domain should start loading your Bluehost-hosted site within 72 hours, which is the propagation time for the DNS changes on the domain.
