I cannot upgrade plan to pemium

    I have just started a new blog. when I try to upgrade the plan to premium I get a greyed out button that does not connect to anything and a message saying that there is nothing in the cart and to try again. I was speaking on the online support help line yesterday to Jeff M. I tired a new browser but it was the same thing/problem. I have deleted browser image casche from Edge settings menu.
