I cannot upload any background or header images to my blog HELP?

  I am new to blogging. I started a blog a month ago and am just learning how to customise to my personal taste. I have some posts in the making but want my blog to look they way I want it to before I get going.

  I use Google Chrome and have the latest version. I also tried Firefox and had the same issue.
  The trouble is every time I try to, change my background or header images on any template, the pages loads very slowly then the page present me with an error message from the browser. I have done what it has said many times, it still won’t work. I have also cleared my cache and cookies.

  Your blog appears to be working as normal. Please make sure the image you want to upload is RGB and 72dpi. Here is more info about images: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/
