I cannot upload my video directly to blog with VideoPress

  I edited a 1-minute video on Final Cut Pro, and saved it as “.mov”, but cannot upload it directly to the blog. We purchased Video Press, but the response always reads: “Service Error: There was a problem getting the configuration information. Please try again later.”

  It seems that the video uploads, but when I attempt to play it in the preview mode, I get the above response.

  I’ve tried this a few times, but still it will not upload. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  When you upload a video, it takes some time for our system to process the video before it can be played. If you try to play it in preview mode right away, you may end up with some errors.

  I just checked the new video in your media library, and it played correctly for me. If you’re still having trouble playing that video preview, please let me know!
