i cannot upload ny media

hi, It would be really a great help if someone can help me with this problem.. I cannot upload any media. I have been trying for many days but still i cannot do it.. nothing is getting uploaded.

Do you get an error message when you try to upload? If so, what is it?

thank you for replying.. i deleted all my temperate files and browsing olso.. and the space is also not full.. the error says “Cannot read property ‘raw’ of undefined”

Hello again, the only reference I’ve found to that error message has to do with a site using the open source WordPress software rather than being hosted here on WordPressdotcom.
Can you please confirm again the address of the site you need help with? Thanks.
If by chance you do need help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

Are you using the new Block Editor or the Classic Editor interface when you try to add images?

Please confirm the site you need help with, and also give us the exact steps you’re following to try and add an image to your site.
Does it make any difference if you clear your browser cache (not history or temporary internet files – deleting those won’t do anything), or if you use a completely different browser and/or internet connection?
