  Have you checked your Media Library page to make sure you have not exceeded your free storage limit for media?

  Are you running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com ? If you aren’t then upgrade please.

  I am having the same problem—unable to upload images or edit hyperlinks using the buttons (ieamblog.wordpress.com). I’m using Firefox 30. Media Library has plenty of space. Please help.

  I didn’t realize this was already a recent topic- but I’m having the same issue. I’m only using 14% of my Media Library.

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Safari or Google Chrome?

  What error message do you exactly get?

  No error message; there is simply no action after pressing the Add Media or Insert/edit link buttons. Same problem occurs in Chrome.

  Hello-

  I cleared cache, cookies, and reset Firefox. I’m focusing efforts on Firefox since I don’t normally use Chrome. Only downloaded Chrome to test the WP blog problem. Thank you.
