I cannot upload videos

    I have tried uploading MP4 amd MOV videos and it will not do it. I start uploading then it says error. I am using a Iphone 8 for recording.

    I have uploaded videos for a long time so this is a new problem

    Thanks for getting in touch! Is this happening with the WordPress app or through the mobile browser?

    -Please try using a different browser to see if the issue continues
    -You can also try using a different internet connection to make sure you have a strong enough connection to upload the video.

    If you can, please paste the complete error message that you’re seeing. You still have 6.5 gb of storage space available. So that is not the problem.
