I cannot view my older posts.

  I cannot see my archived posts. I can see only 10 most recent posts (I have it set up to show only 10 most recent posts) but when I click on Older Entries it doesn’t work, it doesn’t take me to the older posts. Also under Categories: When I click on Products I cannot see all 5 posts that were categorized Products. Why? How to resolve it?

  Hi. If you are talking about the site linked to your username: it looks like it has been suspended. Go to your dashboard and look for a very large and obvious warning with a “Click here to contact us as soon as possible” link. This issue is between you and WordPress.com and they will not discuss it on these forums in public.

  If you are talking about another site: we need the address (http://…) in order to give you an accurate answer.

  Clicking Older Posts does take you to page 2 of your posts, but the page is messed up because of a stray HTML tag in one of your posts. Go to Settings>Writing, tick the option “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically”, click Save Changes. Then go to Posts, change all your posts to Draft, click Update, change them back to Published, click Update again. (You can edit all the posts at once: tick the square in front of their titles then select Edit from the Bulk Actions dropdown and click Apply.)

  It does, it does!
  Normally I suggest clicking on each post title to find the culprit(s), but in this case the extra closing div tag makes 6 of the 8 posts on that page invisible. (So the same trick is useful if the sidebar has dropped to the bottom but the theme doesn’t display the sidebar on single posts).
  Of course I can locate the culprit if I examine the sourcecode or if I copy the post URLs from the sourcecode, but it’s not worth it: bulk editing will take care of things.
