I cannot view my site any longer due to fatal error

  Hi,
  Three days ago I tried to install a new plugin in my site and all the sudden this message appeared , I cannot see my site since them.Please help me , it took me ages to designed it.

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function lib3() in /home/kibizsw0/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/class-popup-public.php on line 187

  Hi,
