I canot log in

  I am having trouble logging into my WordPress site. When I click forgot password it takes me to my site as in I forgot a consumer password. When trying to reset my password, I never get sent a reset password email. Can you assist in getting into my website

  Hi there,

  Can you please confirm the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  I see you had the site, blaqlabel.us, connected here via the Jetpack plugin until around a week ago. If that’s the site, that site is not hosted on our servers, so we have no control over your login details for that site, and our password reset process won’t give you access to that site.

  The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this.
