Hi, I am trying to cancel my premium theme I bought last month, as it is not working for me. I’m still within the 30 day refund period I believe. However, each time I click the cancel and refund button, It brings up a window, but has nothing on it so I can’t go through the process to cancel. I’ve tried three different browsers, but nothing seems to have helped that.
I have installed another theme just to see if that helps, but no luck.
If there’s any information you can share that’d be great! As I would like to get this processed before my refund period is up.

I’ve refunded your purchase cost and canceled the premium theme from your account.

It may take that long, depending on your bank. In the meantime, I emailed you an invoice that reflects the refund. If you need the reference numbers for any reason, you’ll find the transaction information there.
