  You can use third-party themes like Astra and plugins on a WordPress.com site with the WordPress.com Business plan. The Business plan gives you plenty of space (200GB) to upload media files. It also comes with many advanced hosting features, such as high-performance servers, automated security scanning, real-time backups, and more.

  It’s not possible to use a third-party theme like Astra on free plans.
