I can't access any of my dashboard

  I was trying to update a page and got a blank screen. Now I can’t get into any section of the dashboard menu even though I can get the main dashboard page. Sometimes I get an Internal 500 error message, other times is just a blank screen. What do I do? Thank you.

  Since posting my first question, I deleted the mailchimp plugin I tried to install right before the blank page and the 500 error message started. The pages are working again, but, I’ve tried several mailchimp installations for a newsletter signup, and have had to delete each one due to the same problem.

  Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  I am marking this as resolved. I deleted all the plugins that were inactive yet downloaded. That allowed for the mailchimp plugin to activate. This was very frustrating because I wasn’t getting any error messages except for the 500 error message. It was just hit and miss but it is working now.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
