I can’t access anything!!!

  I have been a not been able to access or edit my page. I just get a blank page. Now I have received a notice that my next $300 payment is due. NOTHING is working. I can’t even seem to get into my account to close it. There is clearly something wrong with my account. I am not a super tech savvy person so I need some real assistance here. I want to update my page with a completely different format, change my pricing etc. I know that people can still see it – I’ve even received a few spam emails – but I cannot access it myself.
