I can't access correct domain with my current username and email all of a sudden

  Can’t access domain with my email/username all of a sudden. My email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). I registered and paid $99 for this wordpress website at http://www.sdcarpenterseries.com. I always access it with: http://www.sdcarpenterseries.com/wp-admin. Now when I login, it’s taking me to this website: sdcseriesdotcom.wordpress.com and I have no idea who that is or why I can’t access my site. Please advise. THANK You so much!

  Hi @sdc824,

  I believe the main issue here is a bit of account confusion. The site you mention, sdcarpenterseries.wordpress.com, and associated domain are owned by a separate user account. The Yahoo email address you mentioned is associated with this account (sdc824), not the account that owns the site and domain you’re trying to access. That account is associated with a different email.

  Do you remember any other usernames or email addresses that may have been associated with the other account? Could you try any email addresses that you think may be associated with the account on this form?

  Yes that is exactly what has happened. Here’s the deal, I have over 10 websites I have created for friends and then they take over. Each site has a different email and sometimes my computer remembers their email. Is it possible running around in different sites with different usernames changed the email on this account? It was this one! I was just on the site a few weeks ago, no problem. I go to make another update and nothing… I don’t talk to many of my clients anymore so I don’t want to put in ‘change password request’ with their email address to alarm them. Is there a private conversation we could have where I could give you a list of email usernames I have access to. IF YOU CAN EVEN GIVE ME just the very first letter, that would mean allot and take allot of time out of the way for me. THANKS!
