I can't access followers and likes

    I am unable to access my followers link or likes. I can access these on my phone but not through my PC. Did the new update do this? I was able to do these in the past. I press the button and it moves but nothing shows up.

    Hi there. Are you talking about the notifications? Usually if that stops working the problem is in your web browser, especially if it works on one device and not on another, as in your case.

    Please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. You can find instructions for doing this in all the major browsers here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    Let us know if that doesn’t fix things.
