  Hi, I logged in and it’s acting like I don’t have any websites even though ruthshillingblog.com is my site. Why is this? I was billed in January 2020 for this website domain.

  Is it possible you created your WordPress.com account under a different login? I do see that ruthshillingblog.com is hosted on WordPress.com but it is not under this  @ruthshillingblog6e5bc7f0b9 account you are contacting us under in this post.
