I can't access my account

  I have had my travel blog for more than 13 years: http://www.dagsresa.wordpress.com. I have also paid for Premium Plan. Now, I suddenly cannot access my site and do editing nor new posts. I can read it, but as soon as I klick on My site, I get a page saying that I have not created a site yet! It is frustrating, because I cannot find any contact adress for support either.

  Hi there!

  The site dagsresa.wordpress.com is owned by a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out and log back in under the correct account in order to access the backend of your site.

  I also don’t show an active subscription for that site at the moment – the last purchase was made in October 2020. However, since you should have access to that transaction in your bank account, you can use our account recovery form if you don’t remember the correct login for this site.

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
