  I no longer know the email or password associated with the account. Any thoughts/solutions to getting back in?

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

  I don’t have any of the three Proof of Ownership answers.

  I also can’t access my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email – was an old school account. Help?
