I can't access my account

    https://adventuresinleukemia.com is my account. I can’t log in and I can’t recover my password because it is saying my user name is not valid. I don’t know what to do. I purchased my account in May. I lost all my emails since then. How can I recover my account? I logged in through Gmail but I do not think that is correct as it is saying I don’t have any web pages.

    Unfortunately, the site URL adventuresinleukemia.com is not hosted here on WordPress.com, it is hosted on BlueHost. This forum in particular is set up to help those with hosting using WordPress.com. Although your site is run with WordPress software, it is not hosted by WordPress.com. Please see here for a further explanation of the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
