I can't access my blog
-
I am the designer and owner of a knitwear company. I have a blog at digilpin.wordpress.com.
This blog was set up by a member of staff who has since left my company. Unfortunately I can no longer access the account to update it – I want to get started with WordPress properly and use it regularly.
When I log in with my personal account, it isn’t linked to the blog (which must have been set up with a different email belonging to my former staff member that I can no longer access).
I really hope someone can help.
Kind regards
Di

Hi there,
Blogs are not owned by companies, projects, organizations, etc. A blog is solely owned by the person who registered a username account and then registered the blog under that username account. Admin information is private and Staff will not provide it to you.You must contact the owner of the blog and request they transfer it. They must add another username account to the blog you wish to transfer to that account and make the username account an Admin of the blog
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/Then they can use this process to transfer the blog > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
