I CAN'T ACCESS MY BLOG

I created a blog, http://www.nabilahmedrufaigh.wordpress.com. My last published post was in May 2016. I tried publishing a poem today but have not been able to do so. I logged onto my account but each time I click on the ‘write’ a page pops up telling me I don’t have a blog so I have a create a new blog. I don’t understand and need help to get access to my blog

What I post only applies to sites hosted by wordpress.COM. It does not apply to wordpress.ORG software installs.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site and purchase or renew or cancel upgrades. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites and upgrades to your username account.
